"My son and I decided living together was a good solution for the 2 of us, but we needed a bigger house. We looked at several subdivisions and so many of them were so nice, but not where I wanted to move to. One day we saw the Bridgewater subdivision and we loved the location. I went home and researched Anderson’s reputation and I was very impressed. (I researched all the builders’ reputations of houses we looked at). Well let me tell you if we were impressed then it was nothing compared to the awe my son and I both felt with the building of our new home and the treatment we received from the builder and sales consultant . We watched the building and know the quality that was put into the home from the footer to the roof. I was happy with the letter I received from the utilities company giving us a 5% discount on our utilities bill because of it being an energy efficient home. When my old home sold sooner than I expected, Anderson Homes worked extra hard and fast to finish our new home so we could move in ASAP. If I were to ever buy another house it would be an Anderson home hands down."
