Anderson Named in Top 10 of 100 NC Small Business

 

Cary, NC.-June 16, 2008. Anderson Homes, the largest locally owned and operated private new homebuilder in the Triangle market, has been recognized by Business Leader Media as a Top 100 NC Small Business of 2007.
 
While thirty-seven Triangle companies were named to The Top 100, just 10 commercial and residential builders made the list, and of these, only two were local homebuilders.
 
Anderson was selected because of its substantial 2007 revenue growth, outstanding business achievements and awards won, and exemplary community involvement.
 
Anderson achieved record sales revenue and home closings for 2007. New home closings grew more than eighteen percent from 2006 and sales revenue increased over forty percent for the same period.
 
Anderson is the only two-time ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year award winner for the Carolinas, winning the coveted award in 2006 and 2007.
